Maturity is not only learning how to love someone properly in the now, but accepting and even
celebrating all those who came before and made us who we are. May We Meet Again is a
bittersweet bossa nova-style jazz pop track that pays homage to Loves lost. Navigating the feelings,
nostalgia and sliding doors affect that can surface when you meet an Ex, the song reaches a place of
acceptance and even cherishes the connection and memories. Taking a spiritual leap beyond the
now, as is so often a feature of Golfynch’s worldview, the song ponders the time beyond the earthly,
temporal plane where Love can be plural, inclusive and without complication. The stunning track
features Bill Risby on piano.
