A return to innocence, Sunbeam is a beautiful, folky respite from the status quo. Displaying Niyati’s
singer/songwriter talents and earthy connection to nature to glorious affect, the song was written as
an appeal to slow down, smell the roses, dance in a sunbeam, and acknowledge what makes our
spirit truly happy beyond the rat race. Jonathan Zwartz’s voluptuous bass is paired with Gavin’s
rhythm guitar, shimmering strings by Ben Adler and Damian De Boos-Smith, and soaring bansuri Flute by
Venkhatesh Sritharan.
